Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you, on the commune of Gérardmer, this charming house in granite and full brick at 400 meters from the lake, with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 200 m² and which can welcome up to 12 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of about 40 m², a fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 552 m². Wifi, cleaning, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! Outside : - A 552 m² enclosed garden with trees, facing north with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Free Wifi available. - Entirely non-smoking accommodation. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market... Activities : In winter, a multitude of activities around skiing is offered to you on the ski area of La Mauselaine! Enjoy a unique experience by skiing at night on sound tracks, go snowboarding or sledging for young and old! In December, go to the magnificent Christmas market, followed by the Saint-Nicolas parade and in January, we await you for the fantastic film festival! Various activities: swimming pool, bowling, ice rink, pedal boat, playground, carousel, ride around the lake, possibility to take the free shuttle to the ski slopes of Gerardmer, Museum, shops, restaurants... about 500 meters from the house.
