Maison M 3 Bedroom Bed and Breakfast is a recently renovated wine makers house which dates back almost a hundred years. The house is situated about 2 minute walk from the centre of our charming village, with a lively bar/restaurant open all day serving a full menu and a tapa's menu also There is a fully stocked grocery shop beside the bar . A couple of bakeries where you can get fresh bread and pastrys ,a small grocery shop and a pharmacy and a hair salon We are situated very close to some wonderful wine domaines where you can go have a tour and sample amazing Languedoc wines. The beautiful mediterranean beaches of Meze and Marseillan are approx 25 min drive. There is a camping site in the village with a lovely pool open to all In July and August there is a Brasucade (BBQ) next to the wine cave every Friday evening where you can get a taste of French village life and some very tasty food and drink If you are a cyclist we offer free parking in our garage. Maison M is approximately 7km from the beautiful historic town of Pezenas where you can wander around the old town with cobbled streets and wonderful shops to spend time in or enjoy lunch or dinner in one of the many restaurants. Every saturday morning there is a large market in Pezenas which is extremely popular all year round,you will find wonderful artisan foods, flowers clothes and more. If you are looking other places to shop Bezier has a couple of shopping centres and many little boutiques,it is about 20 mins away by car. Montpellier also worth a visit about 45 mins away. Maison M is only an hour from the Spanish border another day trip to plan

A very warm IRISH welcome awaits you at Maison M. Mairead and Martin moved to France 14 years ago, as we had run a successful Bord Failte approved B & B In North County Dublin, Ireland, we thought it would be lovely to do it here in France. Mairead also worked in travel retail and the hospitality sector.

Every Friday night over the summer the village holds a Brasucade where you can go along bring all the family taste local food ,drink local wine at very low cost, dance and enjoy the music. over the summer months there are lots of different events going on in the area including a village fete in July A few hours spent at a beautiful wine Domaine Seigneurie Peyrat is most enjoyable you can go along have a tour of the place a chic picnic lunch where you will get to sample some of their beautiful wines, this domain is only a five minute drive from Maison M. lots of the beach areas also have watersports,if you prefer something different lunch or dinner on the canal du midi. Another way to spend the day drive to the famous Roquefort cheese and see how they make their famous blue cheese. There are lots of different thing to do in this beautiful area.
