Modern and passive house from 2018, with pool and garage, 145m², in a calm environment, ideally located with view on the Vosges and the Black Forest : - 10 km from Colmar and its Christmas Market - less than 60 min away from Basel, Strasbourg and Europa Park - close to the Alsacian Wine Road and the Vosges : ski resort, hiking, mountain bike, ... - access to the highway A35 in less 5 minutes The house 1st floor : large and luminous space with kitchen, dining- and living-room 2nd floor : - parental suite with Queen-size bed, adjoining shower room, dressing room - 2 bedrooms with 140x200 beds - bathroom with bathtub and shower Outside : large wooden terrace, swimming pool (2,5x4m), unheated, approx. from June to September Other things to note - Bedsheets and towels provided - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave oven, fridge, espresso machine) - Washing machine and iron - The pool is unheated so only accessible from June to September, depending on the weather - Possibility of having a baby cot, a high chair and an anti-fall barrier on request - Parties are forbidden - Please do not smoke inside
