Modern and stylish detached house for 6 people with 3 bedrooms. Garden and private parking in the quiet Janval neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from the town center and its market, the beach, the old castle, and the Grand Casino. Local shops and a bus stop are 200m away. Sleeps 6, 2 single bedrooms with 1 double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living room. Fully equipped, this home will make you feel right at home. A terrace with a table and 6 chairs, a parasol, 2 sun loungers, and a barbecue are available. Bicycles are also available free of charge in the garage. Optional: - Bed linen package (bed made upon arrival) + towels (1 large towel + 1 small towel per person) available for 10 💶per bed. Example: - 1 bed + towels for 1 or 2 people = 10💶 - 2 beds + towels for 2 to 4 people = 20💶 - 3 beds + towels for 3 to 6 people = 30💶 Note: ⚠️Mandatory!!! - End-of-stay cleaning fee of 60💶 To be paid on site upon arrival. sebastien

Very quiet area 10 minutes walk from the city center, the casino and the beach. Bus stop 200m away and local shops less than 300m away (fishmonger, hairdresser, bakery, butcher, delicatessen, greengrocers, kebab, pharmacy, florist) and market 300m away on Wednesday mornings.
