Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers, in Magny-en-Vexin, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 165 m ² and being able to accomodate to 8 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 50 m² (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 5 000 m². Wifi (fibre optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A 50 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates... 1st floor : -Bedroom 1: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: a bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with shower - Separate toilet 2nd floor: - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A work area - A shower room with shower and WC - Under the roof: two single beds For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available (fibre optic) - The fireplace is functional, wood is not provided - Animals are allowed in the accommodation - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent (opening dates not contractual) - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the times indicated is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged. - There is a security camera in the courtyard.
