This house, furnished in a retro "70s" style, offers a unique atmosphere. You will enjoy a pleasant terrace equipped with garden furniture, a green space and a barbecue complete this exterior. For your comfort, the house is air-conditioned during the summer and equipped with a pellet stove for the winter. A private parking space, located right in front, is also at your disposal. Quiet and relaxing house, while being close to the city center of Chablis.
