Ideally situated in the village center, you are just a short walk from shops and the train station. You’ll also be within easy reach of the historic Oradour-sur-Glane (7 minutes) and Saint-Junien (10 minutes). Each room features a comfortable 160 cm double bed and a private bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Private entrance for added independence. Baby cot available on request. The canoe-kayak base organizes river trips starting from Aixe-sur-Vienne, with the arrival point located less than 300 meters from your room. Cycling and hiking enthusiasts will enjoy the La Vélidéale, a scenic route crossing the Limousin and Charente regions all the way to the Atlantic coast, passing through Saint-Victurnien. Our accommodation is located directly along this route. You can safely store your bikes and charge your batteries on site. Just a short distance away, Oradour-sur-Glane stands as a powerful reminder of history, preserving the memory of the tragic events of World War II. A deeply moving place to visit and better understand the past. Only 10 minutes by car, Saint-Junien offers much more than shops. You’ll find beautiful riverside walking paths, including the famous Site Corot, which inspired many painters such as Jean-Baptiste Corot. The town also features remarkable heritage, including its abbey and collegiate church. Finally, the Cassinomagus archaeological site in Chassenon showcases an exceptionally well-preserved Gallo-Roman complex. Its impressive thermal baths and interactive museum make it a fascinating and enjoyable visit, especially in good weather.
