The house is the heart of a big (1600 square meters) with flowers & trees and… 2 chickens. If you give them to eat, you’ll collect great eggs. You’ll also can pick vegetables from the vegetable garden The house is fully equipped full modern comfort (Internet, Cable TV, flat screen, hifi, etc.) Swimming pool : 8,60x3,80 meters. Can be warmed if needed. 1 big lounge with open kitchen, fully equipped. 4 bedrooms: 2 at the ground floor with 2 beds (140x190 ) + 2 at the first floor (160x200 + sofa-bed 140x190) 1 playroom 2 bathrooms with shower & bath, 2 WCs 1 terrace with direct access to the BBQ/Plancha Trempoline (diameter: 3,60 m) Bikes available: 2 for childs, 1 moutain bike Parking : 3 cars Excepted one room & the attic, the whole house is free.
