Après avoir déménagé en France en 2017, nous avons eu de nombreux invités qui ont tous déclaré que notre propriété et notre emplacement étaient parmi les meilleurs qu'ils aient connus. Dans cet esprit, nous avons décidé de rénover notre grange sur cour en gîte. Le simulateur de golf est un indice de ce que Peter fait pour vivre. il est consultant au détail auprès de la PGA et conférencier à l'industrie du golf sur la façon de créer la meilleure expérience client, vous êtes donc entre de bonnes mains et vous avez assuré les vacances les plus incroyables.
Notre village le plus proche est Limalonges qui est à 2 km et propose un bar local et un restaurant. Sauze Voussais est à 8 minutes en voiture (2 minutes à vélo) et possède un supermarché, une banque, une boulangerie, du carburant et une caisse. La propriété est idéalement située pour explorer la côte avec il de Rai et La Rochelle à seulement 1h15 ou à l'intérieur des terres des beaux villages de Verteuil (montrés sur les photos) et Nanteuil en Vallée en 20 minutes. Cognac, Poitiers, Angoulême et Bordeaux sont également facilement accessibles.
