Mas Caners is a peaceful, eco-responsible retreat set between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, on the southern slopes of the Canigó massif, the sacred mountain of the Catalans.
Surrounded by untouched nature and overlooking the Mediterranean horizon, Mas Caners is designed for guests seeking calm, reconnection, and a refined nature escape.
The property is a former Catalan farmhouse, carefully eco-renovated and certified 4 stars. It offers TWO INDEPENDENT HOUSES, each with its own private entrance, terrace, kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms. Guests also have access to a 30-hectare protected natural estate.
SPA INFORMATION – PLEASE NOTE:
The natural swimming pond is shared and FREE TO USE ALL YEAR ROUND.
The wood-fired Nordic bath and panoramic sauna are AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION ONLY and are FULLY PRIVATISED once booked.
SPA ACCESS IS SUBJECT TO AN EXTRA CHARGE:
Hot tub OR sauna: 30 EUR for 2 guests (1 hour minimum) + 15 EUR per additional guest.
Hot tub AND sauna: 40 EUR for 2 guests (1 hour minimum) + 20 EUR per additional guest.
Bathrobes and spa towels are included.

In 2022, we fell in love with this 200-year-old Catalan farmhouse and its 30-hectare protected estate. What struck us immediately was the deep sense of serenity and connection to nature.
For two years, we carefully restored Mas Caners, respecting its architectural heritage while committing fully to eco-responsibility, comfort and quality. Today, we are happy to welcome guests who value authenticity, nature, and understated luxury.
THE TWO HOUSES
Le Petit Caners is a former sheepfold with a chic, bohemian, cocooning atmosphere (2 bedrooms).
Le Grand Caners reflects the warm, authentic spirit of a family farmhouse (3 bedrooms).
Le Domaine Caners corresponds to the PRIVATISATION OF BOTH HOUSES TOGETHER (5 bedrooms total), accommodating up to 12 guests.
Thanks to high-performance insulation, pellet stoves and soft-heat radiators, Mas Caners is an ALL-SEASON DESTINATION, ideal for winter retreats as well as summer stays.
ORGANIC BATHING POND
Our natural swimming pond is a self-sufficient ecosystem, BIOLOGICALLY TREATED WITHOUT CHEMICALS, thus preserving the environment. It does not have an alarm, safety barrier or hard cover. The pond is NOT SUPERVISED. It is therefore imperative that when swimming with children, constant supervision and close proximity of an adult is essential.
Mas Caners is located in Vallespir, between the Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees, in a region rich in Catalan culture, nature and heritage.
From the property, guests can enjoy hiking trails, nature reserves, thermal spas, local villages and easy access to Southern Catalonia in Spain.
