Property info

This apartment will immerse you in a chic castle setting with a touch of modernity. From your four-poster bed, you will have a superb view of the Saint-Ouen Abbey. A parking space awaits you less than 300 meters away in a closed and secure parking lot. There is a bathroom where you can relax while listening to music. The apartment is located on the third and top floor without a lift in a typical three-story Norman building in the city center. Via a cul-de-sac 50 meters away, you will find yourself on Rue du Robec with a variety of restaurants offering different atmospheres.

Neighborhood info

The apartment is located in the city center, yet in a quiet area, with access to the town hall garden. Via a passageway, you can reach the historic district and its many restaurants, close to the Saint Marc district with its market and shops.
