Located in La Jarrie, just outside La Rochelle, this charming 30 m² gîte is perfect for a family getaway. The accommodation is designed exclusively for 2 adults and up to 2 children (stays with more than two adults are not permitted). There is a double bed in the ground-floor living room and a mezzanine area just for children. The gîte is fully equipped for your comfort: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen with coffee machine, and self check-in. Outside, enjoy a private terrace and a shared garden with a pétanque court and ping-pong table. The heated shared pool is open from April to October, from 9 am to 9 pm. A parking space and a shared laundry room are available for your convenience. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
