Located opposite the Château de Prémeaux—the owners' wine estate—and close to the Route des Grands Crus, the "Mise au Verre" gîte is a fully renovated former stable. The ground floor features three lovely bedrooms, each with a walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms are equipped with a 160x200 cm bed, while the third offers two 100x200 cm beds (which can be joined) and a sofa bed providing two extra sleeping spaces. Upstairs, there is a vast open-plan living area with magnificent cathedral-style exposed beams, comprising a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, lounge, and a 5-person Jacuzzi, plus an additional shower room. A fourth bedroom includes a 160 cm bed and a private shower room. The living area opens onto a large terrace with a view of the château. Parking is available in the gîte's open courtyard. The owners offer a friendly welcome and wine tastings in their cellar, with all estate wines available for purchase at cellar prices. Catering services are available upon request. The property is located 3 km from the motorway exit. A maximum of two pets are allowed (subject to a security deposit). Heating (via heat pump), reversible air conditioning, and electricity are included in the price.
