Monet is a charming, historic holiday home built 250 years ago, perfect for a peaceful getaway in Lot-et-Garonne. The spacious living area features a large kitchen with air conditioning and a separate dining room offering panoramic views. There are 2 bedrooms (one with a 180 cm wide bed, one with a 160 cm wide bed) and a mezzanine with an optional single bed. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet, plus a separate second toilet and washing machine. Outside, you can relax on furnished terraces at the front and back. From the dining room, step onto a sunny terrace with a lounge set, dining table, and BBQ. Down a few steps, you'll find sun loungers and your own jacuzzi/spa, all with sweeping views of the countryside. A shared pool (7 meters across, 1.20 m deep) is also available. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, 4-burner electric stove, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, and kettle. Wi-Fi and a TV with Dutch channels are provided. Pillows, duvets, bed linen, kitchen towels, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own pool and spa towels.
