Grande maison familiale avec des espaces intérieur pour se rassembler, une grande terrasse ombrée, un jardin clôturé de 3000m² avec piscine chauffée (de mi-juin à mi-septembre), aire de jeux pour les enfants. 6 grandes chambres dont 4 doubles au 1e étage, et 2 dortoirs au grenier, 3 salle de bains, des toilettes à chaque étage
Amoureux de la nature et de travaux de rénovation, je propose ma maison entièrement rénové en 2018 aux abords d'un village proche de la nature de la chaîne des Puys
Le gîte est la dernière maison du village de Montel de Gelat, et profite alors du calme de la nature (randonnées qui commencent à 100m de la maison) tout en ayant l'avantage de ne pas devoir prendre la voiture pour faire certains courses (boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie dans le village)
