Located in Fréjus, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this bright, renovated 48 m² apartment welcomes up to 6 guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed, a mezzanine with 2 single beds (can be combined into a double) and a convertible armchair, plus a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy air conditioning in the bedroom and mezzanine, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washer-dryer. Bed linen and towels are provided (mandatory laundry fee applies). On the 3rd and top floor (no elevator), relax on your private, west-facing covered terrace. The gated residence is secure with caretakers, a shared garden, large outdoor pool (open mid-May to late September), paddling pool, playground, tennis courts, and pétanque area. You have a private underground garage and free public parking next door. Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed on the balcony with windows open. A concierge will greet and assist you during your stay. The historic center is a 5-minute walk, the beach is 15 minutes away on foot or via free shuttle. The Roman theater is 2 minutes away, Fréjus train station 13 minutes, and the bus station 5 minutes on foot. Car rental, baby equipment, etc. are available for an extra charge.
