This is a unique apartment situated on the outskirts of Villar Saint Pancrace with wonderful views of Briançon. It consists of an open plan living and kitchen space, one bedroom, a mezzanine with two single beds (height limit of 150cm) and an outdoor terrace. Please note the apartment is not suitable for children under the age of 5 years old due to the stairs. The apartment is also not suitable for persons with disabilities.
Your hosts are welcoming, enjoy the outdoors and gardening. You are likely to see us and our children aged 8 and 12 around the property during your stay.
Villar Saint Pancrace is a quiet village and the apartment is situated on the outskirts, where it is possible to walk along the canals, in the forest or up to the Fort de Croix de Bretagne. Supermarkets, bakeries and the centre of town are a 5 minute drive.
