Very bright luxury apartment 48 m2 located 450 meters from the train station center on the third and last floor on the main street of Avignon. Offering a balcony and a view of the city and the Lapidary Museum, the industrial-chic accommodation is a 500-meter walk from the Popes' Palace. Close to public parking, all amenities, bakery, supermarket, and good restaurants. The apartment includes a living room with exposed beams, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with Italian shower, and a separate bedroom. Flat screen TV, wifi, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher, oven and microwave. 1 bed 2P 160x200 and a sofa 2P convertible 140x200. Capacity : 1 to 4 persons This fully air-conditioned apartment with an industrial and refined atmosphere was renovated in May 2021.
