Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (4 double beds 140 cm, 2 single beds including one 120 cm, 1 baby bed), shower room, separate toilet. Complete renovation in 2022: excellent insulation, central heating by heat pump. This cottage does not allow the charging of electric vehicles.

Neighborhood info

On a plot of 2500 m², fully enclosed, the detached house is located at the end of a hamlet near the road to Saint Laurent Sur Gorre in Sereilhac. A private pond of 3,000 m² extends the land and can be used for fishing.
