## The space Le Ceylan is a 33m2 ground-floor flat with a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, and a bedroom with its own shower room. As soon as you walk through the door, you'll be greeted by a warm and cosy atmosphere. The living room, bathed in natural light, is the ideal place to relax after a busy day exploring Rouen. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa and enjoy a movie night on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials to prepare your meals. You'll find a hob, microwave, fridge and basic utensils. The spacious bedroom has a soft double bed, ensuring peaceful nights in which to recharge your batteries.
