I love nature, I especially love the south of France with its wonderful mild climate and the extremely nice people. It is a pleasure for me to observe flora and fauna, which is a very special experience from Petit Tournebelle. Here you can see storks, flamingos, migratory birds and herons, the black bulls graze on the pastures and some farmers still ride on one of the beautiful horses of the Camargue. Besides the beautiful oleander bushes and fig trees you will find many rare plants and herbs. In the garden in front of the house you will find biological kitchen herbs which you are welcome to use for cooking. We use mostly natural materials, both for the furniture and the colours of the walls. Your bed linen is washed with biological detergent; the shower gel you have available is also biological. We have also installed a biological purification plant. Enjoy the peace and quiet and the light mistral wind. You are welcome alone, with friends or family and also with your pets. We welcome you to our Domaine du Petit Tournebelle! 3 beautiful apartments are at your disposal: The studio apartment - "Studio l'Olivier" (35 sqm, 1 room) with TV and WLAN The apartment with garden view - "Oasis de la Figue" (50sqm, 2 rooms) with TV and WLAN The apartment with terrace-"Maison de Roses"(50sqm, 2 rooms) with TV and WLAN Each apartment offers a large double bed and a large sofa bed, so that 4 guests can sleep in each. We are happy to provide a baby bed (please inform us in time). All apartments are on the ground floor, have their own entrance, kitchenette, bathroom, terrace and there is a pool (6x8 meters) which is shared by our guests. WLAN is available. The kitchens are fully equipped with crockery, cutlery, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and dishwasher. On your terrace you will find garden furniture and a BBQ grill. Heating and air conditioning are available. The garden and pool are enclosed by a fence with lockable doors, so that children and pets are safe. Our apartments are artistically and comfortably furnished.

Neighborhood info

In the middle of the nature reserve, in a bird paradise where flamingos, storks and other migratory birds settle for breeding, you will find an oasis of peace, without road traffic. If the weather is fine you can see the Pyrenees, which invite you to go hiking (20 min. by car), even the ski resort in Andorra can be reached in an hour by car. The beautiful old Cathar village, Gruissan is 4 km away, where you will find a variety of restaurants, shopping and cultural activities. Twice a week the weekly market takes place. (In the Intermarché supermarket you can wash and dry your clothes while you're shopping). Gruissan lies directly on the sea. Narbonne, the oldest town in France with its medieval cathedral invites you to stroll around. The house "Petit Tournebelle" stands alone in the middle of nature. means of transport: All places are easily accessible by car and also by bicycle. Airports: Toulouse, Montpellier, Perpignan Arrival by train: Narbonne station. Narbonne is 8 km away. For cyclists and hikers, Petit Tournebelle is an ideal place for tours.
