On the ground floor, a large living room with an open-plan kitchen. Access to the upper floor is via a staircase with no risers. Upstairs: one bedroom with two single beds (90cm) that can be joined to form a king-size bed (180x200cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), plus a shower room with toilet. Central heating via a heat pump. Private swimming pool. Smoking is not permitted in the house. The family cat loves dogs but does not tolerate the presence of other cats; therefore, only dogs are welcome, provided they remain on the ground floor. To ensure an responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay.

Neighborhood info

Less than 20 minutes south of Limoges, in a secluded natural setting with no immediate neighbors, the property includes the gîte (holiday cottage) and the owners' house, which faces away from it. The gîte has private access to the swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th. Secured by a fence, the pool is set back slightly and overlooks the grounds. It's a beautiful, peaceful setting. Solignac is a small town with a well-preserved heritage, a magnificent abbey and the banks of the Briance River, the Château de Chalucet, the Renou Zoo, hiking trails, and fishing.
