Gîte on the ground floor of our house end of works March 2023 with private entrance large windows to enjoy the view of the countryside from the bedrooms and the living room. House built in siporex to be in low consumption, internet connection, low temperature underfloor heating. Each bedroom has its own shower room and WC, fitted kitchen with traditional ovens and microwaves, 4-burner gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, electric kettle, toaster, steamer as well as all the little useful accessories for cooking. We cannot accept our animal friends in order to be able to welcome everyone and for the same reasons, the house is 100% smoke-free. Parties with music are not allowed in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood.
We are young retirees, my wife Brigitte, originally from Burgundy, walks regularly and will be delighted to share with you her little walks around the area on foot or by VTC. As for me, of Breton-Auvergnat origin, although retired, I am still active in winter at SUPER-BESSE where I am an Alpine ski instructor, also a golf, hiking, mountain biking and yoga enthusiast. We will be delighted to receive you.
Why "Perle de Vue"? The gîte is located in the commune of GLAINE MONTAIGUT, on a former vineyard, and enjoys a panoramic view over the PUYS mountain range and the LIMAGNE plain, allowing us to witness magical sunsets. Hiking trails (1 to 2 hours) nearby and in the vicinity of BILLOM (6 km), Château de MONTMORIN, Notre Dame de la Salette, Le Turluron, Château de Ravel...
