Large vegetable garden available for home cooking, with cicadas and crickets providing a natural soundtrack. The pool is open from May 1st. Eco-friendly, welcoming, and peaceful house. The enclosed garden is ideal for children, and everyone is welcome to pick or cook the day’s harvest from the vegetable patch. Living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, WC, 3 bedrooms, fridge and freezer reserved for guests. Located in the countryside, surrounded by greenery and woods, in the heart of Périgord Blanc. Easy access to caves, castles, museums, lakes, rivers, picturesque villages, markets, and prehistoric sites. Motorway 4 km, train station and shops 5 km. Greenway 2 km away for cycling, walking, skating, or running. River 1 km away for canoeing and kayaking. Hiking trails start from the house. Baby equipment available on request (high chair, cot, stroller, etc.) as well as outdoor games for children (swing, scooters, balls, tricycles). In July and August, check-out possible until 6 pm. Bed linen and towels not included. Cleaning not included (service available for an extra fee). Air conditioning available for an extra fee depending on length of stay. Washing machine can be used once per week for stays of at least one week. Jacuzzi is an option available for an extra fee. Eco-friendly house: please use appliances during off-peak hours (midnight–8 am) and sunny periods. The owner lives in a small adjoining house and is available if needed.
