In version for 6 people: on the ground floor: large living room with kitchen and utility room, laundry room, toilet, a comfortable lounge with TV. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds 160 cm), two with shower room and toilet, one with bathroom and toilet, all with TV. On the landing a lounge area. Gas central heating. Catering service upon reservation (aperitif dinner, cakes, etc.)

In the far south of the department, in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, it is by a small road with no other exit that one reaches the site of the old small Champagnac station. When the whole house is open, the Gare aux Oiseaux accommodates 14 people, when the second floor is closed 6 people. The house opens onto a flowery lawn with an 8X4 m swimming pool open from April to the end of October (unheated). At the back, the cottage is bordered by a greenway, an evolution of the old railway line. It is ideal, along its 13 km, for walking, cycling and discovering the charm of the rolling and green countryside: Château de Châlus Chabrol, Tardoire valley, hemp dryer, washhouse....
