After booking, guests may request a specific location for their accommodation by contacting the residence directly. Preferences are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Reception opening hours are as follows: Sunday to Thursday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00, Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, and Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 20:00. Any request for check-in or check-out outside these hours must be requested in advance and remains subject to approval. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

Prices include accommodation, bed linen, bath linen consisting of one large and one small towel, a kitchen towel, a bath mat, a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning excluding the kitchen area, dishes, and waste disposal, TV, basic WiFi access for up to 5 devices, and all taxes and charges except for the tourist tax.

Before departure, guests are required to wash and put away all dishes, clean the kitchen area, empty all rubbish bins, and remove the bed linen from the beds in accordance with the residence's departure procedures. Failure to comply with these departure requirements may result in additional cleaning charges and/or a deduction from the security deposit at the discretion of the residence.

Please note that invoices will be issued under the name provided on the reservation. If the total amount of the reservation is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Any modification may incur additional charges.

Only credit cards (VISA or MASTERCARD) are accepted as a method of payment.

In July and August, Pierre & Vacances offers complimentary activities to enhance your stay in the mountains. In Vars, guests benefit from one summer toboggan ride per adult and one per child aged 3 to 12 per apartment for stays of at least 7 nights. Tickets are to be collected at the residence reception, and activities are subject to prior registration and availability. As these activities are organised by independent partners, they may be be subject to change.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
