Reception is open daily from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. In July and August, opening hours extend from 09:00 to 19:00 Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 20:00 on weekends.

For stays from 1 to 6 nights, check in is available from 16:00 and check out must be completed by 11:00. For stays of 7 nights or more, check in is from 17:00 and check out is before 10:00.

The price includes bed linen, bath linen and household linen such as a bath mat and dish towel, a cleaning kit, basic WiFi access for up to five devices for browsing and emails, as well as charges and taxes excluding the tourist tax and application fee. Guests also benefit from access to the aquatic areas, sports facilities and playgrounds, except for certain activities. End of stay cleaning is included, excluding dishes and the kitchen area.

A baby cot can be rented for the duration of the stay at an additional cost of 11.25 EUR, subject to availability and prior reservation. Baby kits are also available on request at an extra cost for long stays of 7 nights or more. Pushchair rental is available at an additional charge. Electric vehicle charging stations are available for an extra fee.

The village features two outdoor non heated aquatic areas. A 650 m² aquatic leisure area includes a wild river with inflatable rings and a paddling pool for younger children. This area is open throughout the village opening period. The Hibiscus area offers two outdoor non heated aquatic spaces including a 350 m² swimming pool, a Californian style pool and a paddling pool. These facilities are open in July and August, with possible extensions depending on weather conditions.

The residence offers a wide range of activities throughout the year. During school holidays, guests can enjoy fitness sessions, children and teenagers clubs, family activities and evening entertainment. In summer, a full programme is available from Sunday to Friday, including concerts, quizzes, blind tests and dance evenings. Outside school holidays, entertainment is organised on weekends from Friday to Sunday, with activities such as fitness sessions, karaoke, quizzes and family games.

Children aged 3 to 11 can take part in supervised activities led by qualified activity leaders, including treasure hunts, creative workshops and nature discovery. Free kids club sessions are included for stays of at least three nights when booked in advance, with the number of sessions depending on the length of stay. Additional sessions can be booked on site, subject to availability.

The village features a 1,400 m² outdoor skate park with free access, as well as a playground located in the heart of the residence, including rocking games, a roundabout and a zip line, accessible at all times under parental supervision.

Two padel courts are available and can be booked daily via the Padel Generation application. Each session lasts one hour and thirty minutes, with time slots available from 09:00 and a last session from 20:30 to 22:00. The rate is 40 EUR per session for up to four players.

The snack bar is open during July and August only.

Private parking is available free of charge exclusively for guests staying at the property.

Accommodation descriptions may vary depending on the category booked. Apartments and holiday homes feature either a terrace or a balcony depending on the floor and category. Television is available.

Living areas are equipped with banquette beds and pull out beds depending on the accommodation category, and not sofa beds. Some holiday homes feature two banquette beds in the living room.

Breakfast packages are provided by the restaurant Le Boissy and not by Pierre & Vacances. Breakfast must be booked for the entire stay, in the same way as half board and full board packages. The rate is 15 EUR per adult aged 12 years and over per day, and 8 EUR per child aged 4 to 11 years per day.

For administrative purposes, invoices are issued under the name provided at the time of booking. If the total amount is not paid within the timeframe defined in the booking conditions, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply the relevant cancellation fees. Any modification may result in additional charges.

A Visa or Mastercard pre authorisation is required upon arrival. No amount is charged to the guest account, and the authorisation is automatically released 48 hours after departure if no damage is identified.

To facilitate check in, guests are encouraged to complete their registration in advance via their Pierre & Vacances customer account. Meeting rooms and reception services are available only upon request through the sales department.

For all bookings including a meal plan, proof of identification for children will be required to verify their age.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 1 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
