2 km from the village, listed among the most beautiful villages in France Gîte on the ground floor of a house comprising a year-round home and a rental upstairs. Gîte for 2/4 people. Small kitchen area (4-burner gas stove, gas oven, 8-place dishwasher, microwave, small fridge with ice cube tray (no freezer). Living room/lounge area (TV, fireplace/insert, 2 wicker armchairs), 1 bedroom (1 double bed), 1 alcove (1 double bed), bathroom (washing machine, sink, bathtub, toilet). Gas heating at an additional cost. Parking, enclosed wooded grounds, terrace, garden furniture. Barbecue. Baby bed. Beautiful view of the mountains and hills. From the gîte, walks in the countryside (marked roads and trails). Possibility to rent towels. The price does not included: - housework -sheets (rental possible) - shower linen (rental possible) - house linen (no rental) - heating consumption (base 5 euro/day)
