You have the possibility to store your bicycles under the porch of the building in complete safety as the porch is locked and the only access is for tenants. The apartment is not accessible to people with disabilities because of the stairs to come in. Even if we do love pets, for hygiene reasons, animals are not allowed. The building is full of history : it is a former biscuit factory which has been rehabilitated into 7 apartments. We have, my wife, my son and I, recently purchased it. We have made renovation, insulation works and brought up to electricity standards, for your comfort.
