Plaisance is a 40m2 duplex in the Vauban district close to Wazemmes district and La Citadelle. There's a capacity for four travellers (separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room Close to the Gambetta subway station (3 min by walk) and to two self service bike rental stations, the city center is easily reachable within 10 minutes. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the Grand place by foot. The apartment is also 2 minutes away from Wazemmes borough, the most popular area in town. There can be found numerous bars and restaurants as well as its world renowned market on Tuesday,s Thursdays and Sundays. The Old Town District at 10 min by walk is the most beautiful district of the town. Fully renovated is now the most high district. You will find all you want (typical houses, luxuary shops, restaurants, pub, night club...) Finally our own "central park" called la Citadelle as well as the free city zoo is within a 10 minutes walking distance. Perfect for walks and rides with kids.

Many restaurants and bars are located nearby. The Wazemmes district,was a poor disctrict and it has been able to rise from the ashes like the Phoenix. In full renovation, it becomes one of the most demanded districts due to its popularity. Many artists from Lille have stayed there.
