The apartment is located on the 1st floor and measures 72m². It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, a 15m² living/dining area, a 16m² private bedroom, a balcony, and a shared private garden. It is just a 15-minute walk to the train station or the city, and you can go for a stroll along the lake simply by crossing the street.
Please note that I am rarely at home, so you will have the apartment almost entirely to yourselves. I am not obsessive, but rather meticulous, so you will always find the apartment clean and tidy.
Football Club de Metz Stadium (Saint-Symphorien) behind the building - ICE ARENA ice rink directly opposite - La Brasserie du Stade restaurant at the bottom of the building - McDonald's and LIDL less than 100 meters away - Large public parking lot at the ice rink (opposite) as well as some parking spaces in front of the building.
