Renovated apartment, fully equipped to new. Fiber-WIFI connection included-RJ45 sockets and cables in all rooms. 55cm flat screen TV. 17 inch iMac computer. Fully tiled sanitary facilities, very comfortable mattresses. All amenities. Electric roller shutters, double glazing, gas cooker, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, iron and ironing board, grain and powder coffee makers, teapot, toaster, refrigerator, freezer, vacuum cleaner, crockery, mattress pads , sheets, duvet, pillows, towels, cot with changing table, safe, fire extinguisher, smoke detector... Included in the rental: soap, shower gel, tea, coffee, chocolate powder, jams, honey, cocoa paste, toothbrushes. Tourist brochures, books about the city.
Your host welcomes you, gives you the keys and quickly introduces you to the premises personally. It remains available thereafter. Accustomed to tourist accommodation, his companion worked as a travel agent for many years. He wanted to offer you comfortable, pleasant accommodation that meets all your aspirations.
Very quiet area. Access to the apartment is from a pedestrian street. Breathtaking view of the nearby Saint-Rémi basilica, in a low-emission zone. A stone's throw away, supermarket, bakery, tea room, bar, restaurant... Parks with children's games nearby, next to the Basilica or towards the cemetery. 10 mins walk from the city center and the cathedral, around 15 mins walk from the train station and the stadium. Plenty of free parking space. Please note that there is a paying car park nearby offering the charging of electric vehicles.
