Located in the heart of the vineyards, near the beach and the marina, the 3-star tourist residence allows you to evolve between enchanting landscapes and experiences punctuated by island influences. A sweetness of life and well-being emanates from the 14 apartment rentals available. These accommodations are designed to offer the tranquility to which the traveler in search of disconnection and letting go aspires. Apartment type T2, T3 or T4, they are all decorated with quality services and modern equipment: fully fitted kitchen, reversible air conditioning, Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube, ...), free Wifi, ... A feeling of bliss that comes continues outside the rental comfortably installed on the terrace savoring the tranquility of the surroundings and the scent of the Mediterranean gardens. Some of these accommodations are accessible for people with reduced mobility. This residence is a place where service is not a job but a vocation. Concerned about offering vacationers a memorable stay, the team is happy to advise on places not to be missed and activities to enjoy. The residence is located in a residential and family area just 1km walk from the first beach, 800m from the village center and only 300m the Nebbiu Cathedral. On foot, by car or by bike you can move easily from the Residence. Thanks to the private car park and the electric charging stations at your disposal, you can stroll through the streets of Saint-Florent while you are charging or simply for pleasure. The residence is ideally located 800m from the center of the village.
