For stays under 6 nights, bed linen and towels are included.
For rentals of more than 6 nights, electricity consumption is included in the rent based on average weekly consumption:
• Studio: 80 kWh
• Apartment: 150 Kwh
• 2 bedroom apartment: 175 Kwh
In the event of exceeding this fixed price during the yard reading on arrival, the lessor reserves the right to ask the lessee to pay the difference on the basis of €0.23/kWh (rate in force in 2023 on our EDF energy supply contract)
