It enjoys an exceptional setting between the sea and the entrance to the fishing port. The residence consists of apartments spread across four floors, accessible by elevator. On-site facilities include outdoor car park (subject to availability), a heated indoor pool (12m x 4m; depth: 1.50m, with a 0.40m deep children's section) equipped with an accessibility lift disabled people, a wellness area with a sauna and hammam (extra charge), a breakfast room, a bread and pastry delivery service, and a laundry room. Some apartments offer a sea view (subject to availability; extra charge payable on-site upon arrival). The rental includes bed linen (beds not made; one change included every 7 days) and end-of-stay cleaning (excluding the kitchenette area).
