We, a Franco-Russian couple, started this project at a difficult time of the pandemic, but we hope that it will be successful and that at La Borde our guests will find a place of peace, relaxation and creativity. We are inspired by the idea of creating a welcoming home.

Property info

La Borde is an old farm, perhaps one of the oldest buildings in our village. We purchased it in 2020 and in our first year here we created the guest rooms. All our bedrooms are equipped with en suite shower and each has its own character and image. A classic style bedroom, a bedroom with accents on wood, a bedroom dedicated to fashion and sewing, a loft style bedroom. Our goal was to create a space that is as comfortable, original and cozy as possible. Guests of our house have the use of the pool, the outdoor jacuzzi and can relax in the secluded corners of the large gardens. Please note: Paid jacuzzi (35 euros per session) - only by reservation on the spot. Breakfast cost is 8 euros per person when ordered on the spot. Smoking is outside only. There are specially equipped places for this on the territory.

Neighborhood info

Plavilla is a small village with easy access, located within an hour drive from Toulouse and Narbonne, 10 minutes from Mirepoix, 15 minutes from Castelnaudary and 30 minutes from Carcassonne. The nearest airports are Toulouse and Carcassonne.
