The Residence Marina di Santa Giulia offers villas and apartments in our 4 villages: Marina, Hacienda, Paese and Paesolu. MARINA is 100 to 200m from the beach. A green oasis downhill, it consists of mini-villas with enclosed private patios for sunbathing in total privacy. HACIENDA is between 800m to 1km from the sea, the apartments of this village are all air conditioned. Located on the first or ground floor, they have sunny terraces. PAESE is located 700m to 900m from the beach, the Paese Village is a quiet and private area with a secure entrance and digicode. The villas are equipped with beautiful terraces and gardens. PAESOLU is 800m to 1km from the sea, built on a hillside. It has the particularity to overlook the bay and offers stunning views of the sea and Sardinia. The villas are ideally located with south facing terraces to enjoy maximum sunshine.
