Property info

The brand new residence Nemea is in the heart of Clermont-Ferrand. Less than 5 minutes walk from the "Place de Jaude" with all the restaurants, shopping centers and public transportation (tramway JAUDE and many bus). The apartment is fully equiped with a kitchen area (microwave, fridge, glass ceramic hotplate and kitchenware), the living area with a desk, a TV, a sofa-bed with pull-out bed (= 2 single beds next to each other) many storage unit and the bathroom. Free wifi in the apartment and you will have free access to the gym area, laundromat and co-working space of the residence open 24/7.

Neighborhood info

In the city center, there are many shops and many restaurants close by walk. The train station is 10minutes by bus (B bus, from the train station to Jaude stop).
