Read a book, soak up the sun or enjoy a drink on the poolside terrace. The individually decorated rooms are all air conditioned and equipped with a hydro-jet bath or shower. Wi-Fi internet is also available and free of charge. Enjoy a meal in the hotel restaurant for a true gastronomic experience. The Mediterranean-influenced cuisine is made using only the freshest ingredients fom the local market, and olive oil produced from the hotels own olive grove. Please note that the RESTAURANT is open in winter, but only on weekends and outside its annual closing period. Le Moulin d'Aure is the perfect base from which to discover the delights of the region. Explore the quaint villages in the Valley of Les Baux de Provence, Avignon, Arles and St.Remy and the beautiful landscapes of the Luberon mountains, the Alpilles and the Camargue. Please note that our restaurant is open every day for lunch and dinner, from Wednesday to Monday, except Tuesdays when it is closed (except when the restaurant is closed).

From 1st November and throughout the winter period, it will only be open from Friday lunchtime to Sunday evening.
