Quietly located on the 1st and top floor of a three-unit building, this flat offers you a peaceful environment, where you are guaranteed peace, serenity and privacy. Located in the heart of Haveluy, you'll find all the amenities you need (bakery, pizzeria, etc.) nearby to satisfy your daily needs. Inside, you'll enjoy a bright living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a sofa bed that can sleep up to two people. For optimum rest, the bedroom has a king-size bed (160x200) with dressing area and blackout blind. There is also a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a separate toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort. For your entertainment, take advantage of the television with fibre connection, Wi-Fi and applications such as Canal+, Disney+ and Netflix. There is a secure storage room for up to 3 bikes. Street parking is free and pets are welcome under certain conditions. Please note that the accommodation is non-smoking and parties are strictly prohibited. Other remarks: A high chair, child safety stair gate and baby cot are provided on request.
