Hotel Saint Georges is a private mansion from the 16th century classified as an Historical Monument, located in the middle of the old center town of Troyes. It needed 2 years and a half work with the Bâtiments de France architect. Several outbuildings are from the 15th to the 18th century with two different courtyards. The whole building is on plenty of cellars and tunnels from the Middle Age. First marks of its history are from 1272. We propose you 11 top of the range suites/flats for 2 to 10 people. Private parking inside, open terrace, and quiet as in the country.
We are passionate with old stones and historical renovation. Our whole time is up to get the more information we can about old constructions, methods and materials used. We are really glad to be able to share this passion with all visitors who will come to see us.
We are located in the middle of the historical center town of Troyes, more particularly in the one we used to make the money. This was a rare privilege in the Middle Age and shows how rich the region was commercially. Just a step from the train station of Troyes and close to the big public parkings without the problem they can make. You will be just next to bakers, tobacconnists, minimarkets, newspapers, shops, restaurants, creperies and bars. Close to the theatre also.
