First floor: 3 bedrooms (3 double beds, 2 single beds, 1 cot), each with en-suite shower room or bathroom and toilet. Mezzanine (sofa bed for 2). Electric heating. Family gatherings can be accommodated upon request: 80 m² room, possibility of setting up a reception tent or barbecue area. Gîte 87G9101 (sleeps 12) next door. To ensure a responsible stay, certain specific consumptions (e.g., heating, electricity) may be billed at the end of your stay. Regulations for Public Access Establishments (ERP) do not allow exceeding the maximum occupancy (including children and babies).

In a hamlet, at the gates of Limoges, long renovated farmhouse comprising the owner's home, the "Saint Roch" gîte and the "Chabatz d'entrar" gîte (12 people with SPA). The farmhouse opens onto a vast landscaped and shaded lawn: small pond, bowling green, football goals. The Saint Roch gîte has a private terrace and a heated swimming pool (5 x 10) to share very occasionally with the owner open from mid-May to September depending on weather conditions, with pool house: kitchen-bar area, barbecue, changing room, shower, toilet, children's games.
