We are Stéphanie and Damien. After a major life change, we chose Aveyron to create Saisonnée, a warm, authentic and welcoming place where nature, good food and well-being are at the heart of the experience. Damien, a pastry chef and passionate cook, loves sharing his expertise and delighting guests through food. At our table d’hôtes (upon reservation), he prepares homemade, seasonal dishes inspired by local products and the rich culinary traditions of the region. Stéphanie is a sophrologist and wellness practitioner. Upon request, she offers relaxation sessions, breathing exercises and wellness workshops designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself and fully unwind. We enjoy welcoming guests, sharing experiences and helping visitors discover the best of our region.
