Travellers can enjoy the beauty of both worlds: the tranquillity of the lake and the bustle of the city. They are fully furnished and equipped for a pleasant stay. They have everything needed for a comfortable experience, whether for a short stay or an extended holiday. This flat is located between the city and the lake. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the location while being close to the city's attractions and the lake. Whether you want to explore the town of Aix-les-Bains or enjoy water sports on the lake, our flat is ideally located. A pharmacy, bakery and pizzeria are just 100m away. The 1st supermarket is around 500m away. The train station is 600m away (10 minutes' walk). The Valvital thermal baths are about 5-10 minutes away by car. (shuttle bus 100m away)
