No time constraint: the key to the apartment will be in a secure box that will allow residents to arrive whenever they wish starting from Saturday 14:00; for departure, the key must be deposited at the same place on the day of departure before 10:00. For French guests, a deposit of 200 euros will be deposited by check (not cashed will be returned by postal mail); for foreigners, the deposit must be paid by bank transfer (returned by bank transfer). Rental contract available if needed. Very competitive rates, offering a very good value for money by booking early, you will enjoy the period that suits you best ! CAUTION : Sheets and towels are not provided. You can rent them directly on site (on shop) but you will have time constraints and it’s very expensive! (Buy directly at your home, they will be very well folded and won’t take up space in your luggage (at worst, you throw them away at the end of the vacation)
How do you decide to choose Serre Chevalier as your next holiday residence and more particularly in these apartments? The previous seasons have been a wonderful adventure for me and I had the chance to receive wonderful 'guests' all delighted with their stay. As soon as I can, improvements are made and a maximum of information will be communicated to you before your arrival; my concern is that everyone feels at home and returns very quickly. I hope that... soon... it will be your turn! Looking forward to hearing from you very quickly...
It would be bold to say that everything is there, but you will not lack anything in the neighborhood: In winter 100 «real» metres from the ski lifts (gondola lift and chairlift), 200 metres from the cross-country ski slopes In summer: At the start of the hiking trails, mountain bike trails, 200 meters from Lake Pontillas (swimming, lawn...) and Lake Biotop of Serre Chevalier 50 meters from many shops: tourist office, ski school, guide office, supermarket, caterer, bakery, sports shop with equipment rental, bank, laundry, linen rental, pharmacy, doctors.... A few steps away you will find a municipal swimming pool, ice rink, an ice driving circuit, an equestrian center, a fitness center... 300 days of sunshine a year, in direct contact with nature without being too far away, ideal!
