On the 19th floor with a breathtaking view of the SEINE!! Our apartment, with 2 main rooms, is managed by a family team. It is made up of a beautiful bedroom (sheets provided) and a living room with lounge area (sofa bed), living room table, flat screen TV, optical fiber. The open kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso Original coffee machine, kettle, toaster, crockery) and the shower room (towels provided) has a hairdryer, 'an ironing board and iron. If you stay 1 week or more, two bathrobes are at your disposal. The apartment has an air cooler (much more ecological than an air conditioner since it does not use a compressor or calorific fluid, it is barely less efficient). All so that you have an unforgettable stay.

We are a family team, no concierge service here. What matters to us above all is that you have an unforgettable stay in this unique place in Rouen. And to extend your stay in a bucolic environment, halfway between Etretat and Veules les Roses, we suggest you stay in our establishment Les Fleurs de Lin in Ouainville (reservation is available on booking).

The tower has the “Remarkable Contemporary Architecture” label (equivalent to historic monument classification for buildings less than 100 years old). You will be in the only place in Rouen where you can stay beyond the 18th floor. It is the sixth tallest building in the city but the tallest for habitation. For more information, consult the “Tour du Front de Seine” page on Wikipedia. Between the Opera and the Theater to the West, Close to all amenities and shops, We have a private garage nearby (200 meters from the building). The cost per night is 15 euros (otherwise count 12 euros to park on the street and 26 euros in the nearby car park). If you are interested let us know..
