Appartement tout équipé à neuf en mai 2019 - Très calme, parking dans la propriété, sécurisé. A 150 m de la descente à la plage. à 10mn de Dieppe en voiture + ligne de bus régulière (arrêt à 200 m de la maison). Tous commerces dans le village. restaurant à 5mn. Séjour 20m2 avec kitchenette (Plaques, four, lave-vaisselle), TV + Wifi gratuit. Salle d'eau neuve, wc séparé. Utilisation possible du jardin 1'300 m2, de la pergola et de son mobilier en l'absence fréquente du propriétaire.
Bonjour à tous, vous serez toujours bien accueillis sur place soit par nous même soit par une amie. Pas d'agence. Contact direct. A votre disposition pour tous renseignements sur la région et les visites à faire. Vous êtes accueillis par des Dieppois. A bientôt. Philippe
Vous êtes à Saint-Martin plage, à 150 m de la descente de la plage de galets et de sable. Facile d'accès et surveillée en été. Piscine couverte et patinoire à l'année (Ludibulle) dans le village. Dieppe est à 12km, Eu-Le Tréport à 20 kms.
