Very nice studio of 33m2 in a building classified as a historical monument. Bright, facing SOUTH with balcony and mountain view. Completely renovated in 2020, top-of-the-range equipment with a large and comfortable 160x200 Bultex sofa bed. Close to the hyper center, shops, Casino, train station or Congress center. In front of the residence: a bus stop, a wooded park with gazebo and fitness trail. The thermal baths are close.
We will be there to explain everything to you and welcome you to this former historic palace in AIX-LES-BAINS. If you like history, architecture, gastronomy, lakes, the mountains, nature activities, golf, why not horse racing or playing at the casino, then you are just a stone's throw away! The tourist office is 500m away
Everything is simple, nature park and viewpoint in front of the buildin, you are 10 minutes walk from trains and bus station, between 5 minutes by a pedestrian street with the best caterers, butchers, cheese makers, bakers, chocolate makers, restaurants, parks and the bandstand, Casino, Bowling ... easily take the bus and go to all the tourist sites or walk by the lake in less than 15 minutes / bus stop at 50m It's possible to rent bikes in town and we have bike storage.
