We offer you a studio on the 2nd floor of our house. It can accommodate up to 4 people (2 bunk beds of 140). It is equipped with its own WI-FI network: dlink (no password) and a direct Ethernet connection. The studio has a kitchenette: sink, induction hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, percolator or Italian coffee makers. It has its private bathroom: shower, washbasin, WC. Please note that the accommodation is not suitable for young children: no protection on sockets or furniture, accessible sanitary products... Access to the studio is through our house. If there are two of you and you wish to use both beds, please let us know in advance.
We will be delighted to welcome you to our studio, access is through our house. We will be able to inform you about the district, the city or our region, within the limits of our knowledge of course;)
Our house is located in a young and dynamic district where you will find many shops (bakeries, Italian caterers, butchers, banks, tobacconists, mini-markets...). We are 2 steps from the University of Caen (campus 1) and the historic center. The Château de Caen is right next door, it houses the Museum of Fine Arts and the Museum of Normandy. The Abbaye aux Dames is also very close. And we are neighbors of the Vaugueux district, where you will find many restaurants
