A corner of the garden will be at your disposal, you will be able to meet hens and roosters who will come to greet you. Parking is possible in the courtyard or in front of the house. On the ground floor, kitchen area equipped with everything necessary to prepare good meals. Upstairs, double bed 160x190 and a sofa bed. Sheets, blankets and towels are provided. A baby bed can be added (at an additional cost) with mattress protector and fitted sheet. Also available: Coffee maker, Kettle, hairdryer, iron (on request) and WIFI (Fiber). The studio does not have a television. An outdoor camera is located in front of the main gate of the entrance courtyard. !! Important instructions: Totally no smoking or vaping inside the accommodation as well as in front of the entrance door. No cleaning fee, so the studio must be returned in the same state of cleanliness as upon receipt. Before leaving, please place used linens/towels in the bathroom basket and take out the trash. Dishes must be done.

In a quiet location in the Le Four neighborhood, 1 km from Lake Savenay, the house is located on the Belvedere Trail, a 10 km long trail. At dawn, you can hear the roosters crowing. Midway between the beaches of Saint-Nazaire (30 km) and the city of Nantes (30 km), Savenay is 35 minutes from La Baule or the medieval town of Guérande and its salt marshes, and 45 minutes from Le Croisic or Pornic.
